In today's world where the internet networks become widespread and run at high speeds, the privacy and quality of personal information have come to the fore with the health information systems. Besides, the information systems come to support the multifaceted technologies for taking measures against illnesses, diagnosing, treating, monitoring and managing them.
The hospital information systems enable the establishment, sharing, use and management of health information required to improve the health of individuals and to perform health care services. The health informatics constitutes the key and indispensable component of health care.
While the medical informatics was regarded as the use of computers in medicine, the computer and technology have played the fiddle and the health and medical informatics have focused on the meaning, transport, communication, sharing and use of information as a result of the fact that the computers have become the part of life today.
The health information and related information systems which process it should be now on considered from constant and integrated aspects.
The health information systems enable the patients to make informed choices, and the efforts to control the quality of health information in the internet environment yield better results. Producing data and providing the researchers in the field with healthy and correct data have become obligatory in our shrinking world.
Registering medical information is no more "an exception" in the developed societies.

The designated objective is to improve the productivity and efficiency of healthcare services, to provide managers and patients with an access to true and uninterrupted information, and to upgrade healthcare services through facilities introduced by information technologies.
The system operates integratedly and in harmony with the medula, sağlık.net and 112 Armakom. The doctors, nurses, financial experts and administers can access to any medical, financial and administrative information within the limits of their respective authority defined in the system, and can rapidly reach true and reliable information.
The BMBSOFT Private Hospital Information System was developed so as to obtain the TC identity number and details of identity information, to make an inquiry, to take MEDULA tracking number for patients affiliated to the Social Security Institution, to make out and send an online invoice to the aforesaid patients via the system and to perform all these transactions via a single central server.
Performing transactions via a central server saves all users from the necessity to connect to the internet for security and cost purposes.
Our Hospital Information System software passed compliance tests with the international data security and Microsoft products, and runs properly on all recognised international databases.
The program allows working consolidatedly with unlimited sub-hospitals affiliated to a central hospital, neighbourhood outpatient clinics and medical centres. In this way, all affiliated units can be controlled and monitored from a single centre. This working structure provides an ease of operation, use and management.

The PACS is a computer system that allows catching, displaying, storing and transporting the medical images in the digital environment. The PACS does not only abolish X-Ray films but also provide access for physicians to the images of the patient and all the accompanying data via web at any time, either within the hospital or from outside.
Thanks to the Radiology Images Archive and the Communication System, the access to the archived information can be provided easily, and also the hospitals and institutions can be prevented from serious amount of material waste.
Thanks to the use of object-based data model by means of DICOM standard, the ISO standards are backed up. Besides the compliance among different PACS, the interoperability of Radiology Information Systems and BMBSOFT Health Information Systems with the PACS and the imaging of archived PACS information are enabled by the DICOM standard.
The BMBSOFT Pacs Systems enable the radiology departments in the institutions and organisations having heavy radiology imaging circulation and rendering service via several modalities to work integratedly with each other.
Furthermore, the Laboratory Information Management System enables the tracing of laboratory services rendered to the outpatients and inpatients and the performance of related examinations. It carries out input, output stock and request processing related to the materials used in the labs. Request, examination and invoicing processes are performed at one stage.

It is the application software that operates integratedly with units in itself designed for healthcare services provided to the individuals at the first destination and encompassing the services intended for public health as well as personal preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services.
Our PROVINCIAL HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM software comprises the basic infrastructure of the family practice project of the Ministry of Health.
The projects, which will contribute to and create science and technology culture, enable the promotion of competiveness and welfare, ensure continuity and develop technological policies in cooperation with relevant institutions and health centres in line with priorities and establish infrastructure and means that will help materialize the foresaid, are set up.
This system was developed with the intention of pioneering the societal solutions as it comprises the Geographical Information system infrastructure; creating social and technological impacts, establishing viable data for state-university-hospitals, Health Centres and Family Practices, and enabling data analysis and interpretation via satellite.
A real time and scale ETF-KSF population is obtained through geography-based address information, so the health statistics can be accessed easily.
In case that, at the end of an examination at the health centre, a diagnosis is entered related to an obligatorily declared disease such as cancer or avian flu, the system prepares the relevant form online, contributes to the cancer screening and creates information about the address concentration.
This system provides access to this information via high-resolution satellite images, and the Cancer Information System enables the adoption of measures against the avian flu, Crimean-congo hemorrhagic fever in an expeditious manner.
Today, the storage facility of medical records in the electronic environment enables physicians and researchers to reach further information. Rapid population growth, population movements and migrations complicate the manual tracking of individuals on hardcopy.

The Family practice Information System defines the system that performs close follow-up for the population under the responsibility of family physicians in the province by considering them as individuals, and that occupies an essential role in taking preventive healthcare measures before getting sick. As well as running on the central database, the system can also operate offline for mobile health services. Its central structure enables to obtain information about the whole province instantaneously.
The system operates integratedly with the hospitals, health houses, laboratories, centres for maternal and infant health (AÇSAP), tuberculosis control dispensaries, environmental health, administrative acts and public health centres.
The integrated operation of the system with family physicians, ASM and TSMs provides great advantages in the following-up of personnel leaves and other services in the case of patient or physician change.
The information related to the patient who has changed his physician is displayed electronically on the screen of the new physician.
The BMBSOFT Family Practice System, which was developed in accordance with the in situ requirements and physician practices, will create confidence vis-a-vis the physician and service receivers; as a consequence, unless required, the individual will not refer to the superior healthcare service.
The system, which was developed on the basis of geographical-address code, sends the data to the Ministry of Health via XML services, keeps the record of data pertaining to the family physicians in the centre of provincial healthcare directorates, provides consistency in the central data and enables to obtain quick results and brings about alternative solutions by running both in the client/server and web architecture.
The provision of equal and effective health services for everyone is conditional upon delivering the healthcare services on the due line. Leading a healthy life is an incontestable right which is guaranteed by the Article 56 of the Constitution. The restructuring of healthcare services in the informatics sector has now become an irrecusable issue.
The family physicians undertake principal tasks on the subject of preventive healthcare services. The family practice defines the healthcare service rendered by a physician, as the first resort authority, who is located in the vicinity of the residences of individuals and family members.

The BMBSOFT Geographic Information Systems was inventively designed and developed in a manner to operate integratedly with the health systems and to satisfy the international requirements.
The Geographic information system (CBS) gathers the immediate data entered by the hundreds of physicians from the primary healthcare institutions in a single centre on the geographical-address basis, matches the immediate examination data and other health data with the Home Identification Forms via high-resolution satellite images; enables to monitor the geographical distribution of the population, to interpret them together and to reach the health information immediately through a mouse.
The system provides the management units with an opportunity to obtain information about the health field swiftly, to contribute to the production of results and interpretation, to facilitate the preparation of prospective plans and to improve productivity and high quality service.
The main objective of our project is, by means of the Geographic Information System, to activate the premorbid healthcare services, which will reduce the risk, severity and duration of possible diseases and disabilities in the future or prevent them and diagnose the symptoms before the disease has appeared, and thus will enable the treatment of the disease in early stages.
The measures, intended for the individuals and environment in order to protect and improve the individual and public health, can be controlled via quickly updatable satellite images.
The developed system is an application software that integrates the personal, city, country and address information, to which access is allowed by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), into the health system and enables to make demographic inquiry by using domicile-based remote sensing system through high-resolution satellite images.
This system has integrated the Health Information System with the Geographic Information System. The geographical facts influence, restrict and control our daily decisions. The irrevocable damages caused by the increasing population in contrast to the decreasing natural resources constitute one of the reasons behind the widespread use of the Geographic Information Systems.
Thanks to its geographical-address based information, a real time and scale ETF-KSF population can be established; thus, health statistics can be reached easily. Following the entry of obligatorily declared diseases, such as cancer or aviation flue, at the end of the examination in the health centre, the system prepares the relevant form online, contributes to the cancer screening and puts forth information about the concentrated locations. This system provides access to the information via high-resolution satellite images; and the Cancer registry System enables to take measures quickly against the avian flu and the Crimean-congo hemorrhagic fever.
The Information Technologies improve the quality, efficiency and productivity of the "healthcare services." Owing to the standardisation of services, the public health can be closely monitored, measured and compared. The Geographic Information Systems provides an individual-based integration among hospitals, family physicians and the health directorates; thus, enables the access to the personal health data and to make cross-examination via satellite images or the Google earth.
Being informed about the geographical distribution of diseases provides both a rapid response opportunity against the epidemics and necessary information to be able to lead the health policies in compliance with the geography.
Our geographic information system, which can be both integrated into our other health softwares and can operate independently, while at the same time, if required, can be integrated into other systems, provides assistance required to interpret the data in the health sector and to take sectoral preventive measures.
The Smart Operating-Theatre Information System defines the program which keeps the record of all the information related to the patient and the operating team before and after the operation. Our firm, which is renowned as a firm to break new grounds, includes the functioning manner of operating-theatres within the software sector via this novel software and provides detailed information about the operating-theatres.
Thanks to the patient tracking in the operating-theatres by means of wrist straps, the problems encountered in practice could be overcome and the confusions could be prevented.
